步態(tài)分析(Gait Analysis)是以實驗動物為研究對象,根據(jù)不同實驗?zāi)康倪x取相應(yīng)的動物疾病模型或造成該疾病模型,通過觀察并記錄實驗動物在該疾病狀態(tài)下的步態(tài)行為學(xué)改變,對相應(yīng)步態(tài)參數(shù)進(jìn)行客觀、精細(xì)、全面地分析統(tǒng)計,進(jìn)而對動物模型的藥效學(xué)和(或)毒理學(xué)評價提供科學(xué)性實驗依據(jù)。目前步態(tài)分析已廣泛應(yīng)用于老年性疾病,如帕金森氏病(慌張步態(tài))、皮質(zhì)脊髓束病變(痙攣性偏癱步態(tài)和痙攣性截癱步態(tài))、雙側(cè)額葉病變(失用步態(tài))、額葉(皮質(zhì)或白質(zhì))病變(小步態(tài))、骨髓損傷性病變(剪刀步態(tài))、錐體外系病變(慌張步態(tài)和扭曲、奇異步態(tài))、小腦病變(共濟(jì)失調(diào)步態(tài))、小腦病變(舞蹈樣步態(tài))、酒精或巴比妥類中毒(醉酒步態(tài))、心因性疾病(癔癥步態(tài))的研究。
